Totym lets you create a community whose entry is decided by what a wallet holds, and optionally launch a token for it. You bring the wallet; we hold no custody of your assets at any point and cannot move, freeze or recover them.

You are responsible for your wallet and its keys. We cannot reset them. A lost key is a lost account, and there is no mechanism by which we could change that.

You must be 13 or older, and old enough where you live to agree to this.

You keep everything you make. Your posts, lessons, images and community content remain yours.

You grant us only the permission needed to run the service: to store your content, serve it to the people your gate admits, and show a community's public face on Explore. Nothing broader — we do not take a licence to use your work in marketing.

No uptime guarantee. There is no service level agreement. Gates can fail to open for reasons outside our control — a blockchain node we read from can be unreachable, and when we cannot tell whether a wallet holds something we refuse rather than guess.

No financial outcome. Nothing on Totym is investment advice, and launching a token is not a prediction about its value. Most tokens end up worth nothing.

No guarantee about anyone else's token. Explore lists tokens their creators never claimed, marked as unclaimed. Listing is not endorsement, and we did not vet them.

Activating a community is a one-off on-chain payment, shown before you confirm. Because it settles on a blockchain it is not reversible, and we cannot refund it once broadcast. If a payment succeeds and activation does not, write to us and we will fix it.

Use Totym to break the law; publish content you have no right to; impersonate somebody; attack the service or its users; or use a community to defraud its members.

We may suspend or remove a community that does these things. Where we can, we will say why.

Totym is provided as it is. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for losses arising from your use of it — including the value of any token, a gate that opened when it should not have, or a gate that did not open when it should have.

Nothing here excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, such as for fraud.

You may stop using Totym at any time and ask us to delete your account — see Privacy for what survives deletion and why.

This clause is not yet settled. Totym has no registered legal entity or stated jurisdiction, so rather than name a governing law nobody has chosen, this document names none. A guessed jurisdiction would be a false statement about which courts hear a dispute, made to the people least able to check it. Until it is settled, your statutory rights where you live are unaffected — and they are what apply.
